Melissa Mastronardi
Melissa is a Director and the Principal Solicitor at Mastronardi Legal.
With over a decade dedicated to family law practice, Melissa excels in negotiating favourable outcomes and provides compassionate support through emotionally challenging times. She leads with a passion for guiding clients through the complexities of family law. When litigation is necessary, Melissa ensures her client’s cases are meticulously prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Admitted to practice in 2010, Melissa’s commitment to the legal profession earned Mastronardi Legal the Dubbo Rhino Award for Excellence in Small Business in 2023. Her roots in Regional NSW, having been raised in Dubbo and practiced in Wagga Wagga after completing studies through the Australian National University, underscore her dedication to supporting rural communities and improving family law services outside of metropolitan areas. Melissa actively contributes as the Dubbo Representative to the Regional Committee of Family Law Section and developed a resource guide for other young lawyers in Central West NSW.
Beyond her legal practice, Melissa previously held the position of Vice-President of the Orana Law Society and has held various leadership roles within the NSW Young Lawyers, focusing on advocating for regional issues. She has also held positions of Executive Councillor of NSW Young Lawyers, Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Bushweb Regional Issues Committee and a former Young Lawyers delegate for both Orana Law Society and South-West Slopes Law Society.
Passionate about marketing, Melissa oversees the creative direction and vision for the firm, particularly enjoying social media engagement strategies, continually striving to enhance the firm’s service delivery.
In her personal life, Melissa enjoys being a mum to her four-year-old son. Outside of work, she indulges in baking, photography, quilting and cherishes her time with her family. Melissa is a passionate supporter of the Sydney Roosters and an avid professional wrestling fan.
