Tim is a Director and Solicitor of Mastronardi Legal.

Tim focusses on ensuring his family law clients obtain optimal outcomes. Known for his ability to simplify intricate legal concepts, Tim is dedicated to making the law understandable and accessible to everyone. Tim has a passion for advocacy and enjoys appearing before the Court.

Admitted to practice in 2013, Tim has accumulated extensive experience in family and insurance law across various settings. His career spans roles in small suburban and regional law firms, as well as major insurance firms in Sydney. Tim has previously specialised in dispute resolution in CTP, Workers Compensation, and general insurance.

Originally from Wagga Wagga, Tim pursued studies in Arts (History and Politics) and Law at the University of Wollongong. After obtaining a double degree and being admitted to practice, he returned to Wagga Wagga in 2014 where he collaborated with our Principal Solicitor, Melissa, at a small boutique firm. In 2019, Tim eagerly rejoined Melissa at Mastronardi Legal.

On a personal note, Tim splits his time between Dubbo and Wollongong, where he shares his life with his girlfriend. Together they care for a lively household of six dogs (three each). Tim enjoys unwinding by reading, watching Netflix, gaming, and going to the gym.
