2023 Rhino Awards - Winner of Excellence in Small Business

I am extremely proud that Mastronardi Legal was announced the 2023 Rhino Awards Winner for Excellence in Small Business.

Mastronardi Legal celebrated our milestone fifth birthday in July 2023. In that short five years the firm has grown from a team of just two on our first day, to eight staff today.  We have successfully come through a global pandemic, navigated substantial changes to the family law system and helped over 500 people with their family law matters.

When I first started Mastronardi Legal five years ago, the goal was to become the leading provider of family law in regional New South Wales. Over the last five years the firm has committed to doing one thing, and doing it exceptionally. All our team members, current and past, have worked hard to achieve this goal. I am exceptionally proud of each and every person who has worked for our firm. This achievement would not have been possible without their dedication, passion and hard work.

We have also received incredible support from family, friends and the Dubbo community. I wish to say a huge thank you to everyone that has helped us, referred work to us, and shared their valuable experience in running a business.
